4 eggs
1-29oz. can of pumpkin (3 c)
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cloves
2 cans (13oz.) evaporated milk or 3 1/2 cups of half and half
2-9in. unbaked pie shells

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Combine ingredients in order given. Divide into pie shells and bake 15 minutes. Reduce temp. to 350º and bake an additional 45 minutes or til knife inserted into center of pie comes out clean. Cool. Serve with whipped cream.

If using frozen shells, fills 4 (or 2 deep dish). Bake at 375 degrees 45 minutes on a cookie sheet. Deep dish shells bake for 70 minutes @ 375 degrees.
