Red baby potatoes (with peel) halved 2 lbs
Salt, sprinkle
Pepper 1/4 tsp

Finely chopped red onion 1/3 cup
Ultra low fat mayonnaise 1/4 cup
Finely chopped dill pickles 1/4 cup
Fat free sour cream 2-3 tbsp
Chopped fresh dill (or 1/2 tsp dill weed) 2 tsp

Arrange potatoes, cut side up, in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. Spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 400 for 45 min until golden and crisp.
