Apples, as needed 1 C white sugar 1 stick oleo (softened) 1 C flour 1 C Brown sugar (packed) 1 t cinnamon
Quarter and peel apples, as many as needed to fill 2/3 of flat 13" pan. Sprinkle 1 cup sugar over apples. Mix together remaining ingredients. Distribute this mixture over apples. Bake at 350º for about 45 minutes - until golden brown. Stick apples with a fork to see if done. This is good with ice cream on top.
