2 cups ground beef, uncooked (about 1 pound)
2 cups sliced raw potatoes (2-3 potatoes)
2 cups celery, chopped (about 3 stalks)
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup green pepper, diced
2 cups canned tomatoes

Put all ingredients in a crock pot in the order listed. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
