1 c light brown sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c corn oil
1 c sour cream
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. orange juice
1 c mashed ripe bananas
1 c chopped walnuts
2 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, eggs and oil. Add sour cream, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and orange juice. Stir until well blended. Add mashed bananas to mixture. Add walnuts and flour and mix well.Pour batter into lightly greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 375º for 50to 60 minutes in a 12 1/2 X 4 1/2 pan.,
