"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Crumble ground beef and onion into microwave-safe glass pie plate. Microwave on High, uncovered, 5 to 6 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring once to break meat into small pieces, drain. Layer 1 cup taco chips on bottom of 1 1/2 quart microwave-safe casserole. (Mom used square pyrex dish) Cover with ground beef, dry taco seasoning mix, tomatoes (cut into quarters), sour cream and cheese. Top with remaining taco chips.
