1 chuck roast 3-4 lbs
1 can bud light
1pkg dry Italian salad dressing mix
1 pkg hard rolls or hamburger buns

Directions:
Directions:
Place chuck roast in crock pot. Pour entire can of bud light over top. Sprinkle dry Italian salad dressing mix over meat. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. One hour before serving, remove meat from crock pot and shred. Return to crock pot until ready to serve. Serve on buns. May be served with coleslaw. Yummy.
