1 green cabbage-juilenne
16 oz. seriously sharp chedder - grated
1/2 loaf Rye bread
32 oz. beef stock
Marjoram
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Oil the inside of the largest bowl shaped casserole dish you have.
Cook the juilenned cabbage just until tender, (approximately 11 minuutes), don't over cook, drain.
Line bottom of dish with bread, one slice think. Layer in some cabbage, sprinkle with the marjoram and salt & pepper.
Third layer is cheese, then repeat layers ending with cheese.
Pour beef stock around the edge of the bowl. Dot middle with dabs of butter.
Bake covered 30 minutes at 350º, then 15 minutes uncovered until cheese is nicely browned.
