2 ½ Pounds of Flour
9 Eggs
2 C Sugar
2 ½ Bottles Anise
½ Pounds of Crisco (don't substitute)
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Sift flour into large bowl, mix ingredients well. Shape the dough into balls or I like to shape them into loops and put onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Once cookies are cooled dip in confectioners sugar mix and place on wax paper, sprinkle with jimmies or colored sugar.

Frosting
About ½ cup confectioners sugar and 1-2 teaspoons of milk (or until you get a good consistency)
