2 1/4 c. Bisquick or biscuit mix 3/4 c. milk broth
Mix biscuit mix with milk. Heat broth to boiling; I add a little Kitchen Bouquet. Drop biscuit dough by tablespoon onto broth. Turn heat down to simmer, cover pan. Cook about 15 minutes, carefully turn dumplings over, cook 15 minutes more.
