3 c warm water 6 tbsp sugar 6 tbsp oil 1 tsp salt 2 packages Fermipan yeast (fast Rise) 2 eggs 7 - 8 c flour
Mix yeast with 4 cups flour. In large bowl whip eggs, add sugar, oil and water. Add yeast and flour mixture, blend and add remaining flour and salt. Mix well, let rise 15 minutes. Punch down, let rise 1 hour. Form into buns, let rise 1 hour. Bake at 350º for 15 - 18 minutes.
