1/4 Olive Oil
4 large, finely chopped onions
3/4 cup red wine
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 T. sugar
Salt and White pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large pot over medium-high heat. Add onions and saute 10 to 15 minutes.

Add wine, vinegar and sugar. Reduce heat to low and simmer until almost all the liquid evaporates.

Season with salt and pepper, serve at room temperature.
