10-12 Idaho Potatoes
3 TB. sour cream
1/3 stick fo butter
velvetta cheese, about 1/3 of a block cut in small cubes
1 egg
a little hot milk
1/2 lg. cream cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Cook potatoes and, using a mixer, beat on high speed. Add butter in chunks and cream cheese and sour cream, using the milk to make a nice consistency. After it is beat thoroughly add the egg and continue beating. Slowly add velvetta cheese until it is well blended. Spoon into greased 9x13 pan, sprinkle with cheddar cheese on top and bake for 1/2 hour.
