1 can mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
1 cup warm water
1 1/2 cups Minute Rice
1 pkg dry onion soup mix (1/4 pkg optional)
Chicken breasts or whole chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soups, water, and rice and place in greased casserole with chicken. Cook 1 hr 45 minutes at 350

Mother would always want to make sure her guests were well-fed & would ask/tell them to have more! She especially wanted to make sure her son in-laws had enough to eat. After they became a part of the family, they would tease her and tell her there was plenty left.
