1 1/2 lb. ground beef - browned and drained
2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes
2 cans cream of potato soup
1/2 can water
8 oz. sour cream
1 sm. bell pepper - chopped
1 sm. onion - chopped
1 jar mushrooms
Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together (makes a lot - I use the top of my cake container to mix)
Place in 2 or 3 greased casserole dishes (large 9x13)
Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake covered for 1 hour 400

Freezes well.
