1 package sugarfree cheesecake instant pudding mix (3.4 oz.)
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. semi thawed, whipped topping (cool whip)
30-40 vanilla wafers
2 bananas, sliced, divided
1/2 c.-1c. oreo cookies, crushed

In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix, milk and vanilla. With electric mixer, beat 2 minutes, until thickened. Add whipped topping to pudding mix. Whip about 1-2 minutes more. In 1/2 quart round dish, layer vanilla wafers (about 20), 1/2 banana slices, 1/2 pudding mix, 1/2-3/4 c. oreos. Then repeat bananas, pudding and top with remaining crushed oreos. Put remaining vanilla wafers along sides of dish.
