5 diced ripe Roma tomatoes
1 med white onion, diced small
1 small bunch chopped cilantro
sliced and seeded fresh Serrano or Jalapeno peppers to taste.

Directions:
There should be a 2 to 1 mix of tomatoes to onions, above onion is an estimate. Mix all together and serve with chips or, garnish the many Mexican meals in this book with this. I like to cut the chili larger so it is easy to pick out if someone does not like hot!
