4 or 5 large sweet potatoes (canned will do)
2 eggs
1 ½ sticks of butter
1 small can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ounce bourbon (or more, to taste) = 1/8 cup
½ cup chopped pecans
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and mash the potatoes. Mix together the eggs and one stick of melted butter, evaporated milk, vanilla and bourbon and add to the potatoes. Pour into a well greased casserole. Mix together the chopped pecans, brown sugar, flour and ½ stick of butter, and use the mixture as topping. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees
