Uncle Ben's Original Wild Rice
onions (optional)
celery
carrots
3 cans chicken broth
rotisserie chicken or cooked chicken breast

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Uncle Ben's Original Wild Rice as directed on the box. Then chop onions, celery, and carrots and add to 3 cans of chicken broth. Add a little water. Let the vegetables cook until soft. Then add chicken from the rotisserie chicken and the cooked rice.
