1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 T BBQ sauce
1 T chili powder
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T flour
1/2 C water
Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion, drain fat. Add rest of ingredients - ketchup to consistency. Simmer in skillet for an hour. Serve on toasted buns.
