4 cups oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/3-1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup raw almonds
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup rains (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oats, flour, wheat germ, oil, almonds, and coconut. Blend together until all mixture is moist. Spread mixture out over a cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 60 minutes. Turn mixture over half way through the baking time. Add the raisins in the last 5 minutes of baking, otherwise they become to hard.
