(4) Pork chops - 1/2" thick
4 T instant rice
1 can tomatoes
1 large onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper pork chops, then brown in skillet. Place in greased Pyrex dish. Top each with 2 T instant rice. Add 1 can tomatoes, placing a tomato on each chop. Put a slice of onion and slice of green pepper on each chop. Add 1 can of water. Bake 35 minutes at 425.
