4-5 lb beef sirloin tip roast
1/2 C beef broth
1/2 C teriyaki/soy sauce
1/4 C vegetable oil
2 T brown sugar
2 T onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a large plastic bag, combine all ingredients, except roast, and mix well. Add roast and toss. Refrigerate over night. Drain and discard marinade. Grill roast over indirect medium heat for 2 1/2 hours or until meat reaches desired temperature with meat thermometer: RARE=140º, MEDIUM=160º, WELL DONE=170º ... OR ... bake roast, uncovered, in oven at 350º for 2 1/2 hours. Let stand for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
