1 can Pillsbury Crescent rolls
1--- 8 oz round of Brie Cheese
1/3 C of your favorite preserves (raspberry works great)
Your favorite crackers

Preheat oven to 425
Lightly grease a cookie sheet
Roll out crescent rolls onto sheet--making a large surface
Cut Brie round to create 2 rounds
Spread preserves on the bottom Brie round and place the other round on top.
Place the stacked cheese wheel (with the preserves in the middle) on the crescent rolled out pastries.
Pull up pastry to bundle it around the cheese wheel
Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with your favorite crackers

Note: If cutting the Brie with a knife, the cheese needs to be hard. If the cheese is soft, you can use thread or unwaxed dental floss to cut it.
