1 stick of butter, melted
1 (15 oz.) can of corn, do not drain
1 (15 oz.) can of creamed corn
1 (8 oz.) container of sour cream
1 (8 oz.) box of Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a mixing bowl, stir together the sour cream, butter, creamed corn, corn, and muffin mix. Pour into a 1 quart casserole dish and bake for 40-45 minutes. Make sure to spray the casserole dish with Pam so it doesn't stick.
