1 pkg berry blue jello
1 C+ fresh blueberries
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 C whipping cream
6 T sugar
2 C sour cream
1 t vanilla extract
1 pkg raspberry jello
1 C+ fresh raspberries

Directions:
LAYER ONE: In a bowl, dissolve berry blue jello in 1 C boiling water, then add 1 C cold water and blueberries. Pour into a 3 quart serving dish. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. LAYER TWO: In a saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/2 C cold water; let stand for 1 minute. Add the whipping cream and sugar, then cook and stir over low heat until gelatin and sugar are completely dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Whisk in sour cream and vanilla. Spread over the blue layer. Refrigerate until firm. LAYER THREE: In a bowl, dissolve raspberry jello in 1 C boiling water, then add 1 C cold water and raspberries. Cool. Spread over white layer. Garnish with whipped topping and berries.
