5 or 6 Potatoes
3 T Butter
3 T Flour
1/4 T Onion Salt
1 C Milk
3 or 4 Slices American Cheese
1/4 C Breadcrumbs or Crushed Ritz Crackers
3 Squares of Butter
Salt to Season

Directions:
Directions:
Dice and cook potatoes and put aside in buttered casserole dish. Melt butter. Add flour, onion salt and salt, and slowly add milk. Stir over medium heat until thickened and add cheese. Add mixture to potatoes. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and add three squares of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
