2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 box graham crackers
3 c. cold milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
Icing ingredients:
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine pudding and milk; beat until thick. Fold in Cool Whip.
In a 9x13 dish, layer bottom with graham crackers (whole, not crushed). Put layer of mix, then another layer of crackers. Repeat, ending with crackers on top.
For icing, combine cocoa, evaporated milk, and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Let cool one minute. Add margarine and vanilla. Mix thoroughly and pour over crackers. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
In a pinch, I have used a container of milk chocolate frosting (heated in the microwave) for the icing.
