4 C All-Purpose Flour
½ C Butter, melted
1 T Butter, melted (for brushing top)
2/3 C Sugar
1 C Raisins
2 tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Baking Soda
¼ tsp Salt
2 Eggs, beaten
2 C Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients EXCEPT the 1 tablespoon of butter. Mix just until moistened. Place in a greased 9-inch round baking pan and bake for 1 hour or until a knife is inserted in the center comes out clean. After removing from oven, brush the top with the 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
