˝ C Shortening (or Butter) 1 C Sugar 2 Eggs 3 Bananas 1 tsp Baking Soda 2 C Flour ˝ C Walnuts (Optional)
Cream the shortening. Add sugar. Add eggs. Add bananas. Add baking soda to the flour and then add to the wet mixture. Add nuts, if using. Pour into well-greased large loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
