1 C Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 C Sour Cream
2 C Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Then add dry ingredients. Pour half the mixture into a well-greased Bundt pan.

Mix: ½ C Chopped Nuts
½ C Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon

Sprinkle half on batter in pan. Cover with remaining batter. Sprinkle remaining nut mixture on top. (Sometime I double this nut mixture!)

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. A toothpick should come out clean. Invert a plate over pan and CAREFULLY turn it over (it gets messy). Once it’s out, turn it back over on the plate.
