Makes 10 Biscuits
1 10oz Can Crushed Pineapple (drained with juice reserved for later)
1/2 C Packed Light Brown Sugar
1/4 C (1/2 a stick) Butter at room temperature
10 Maraschino Cherries
1 12oz Package Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits (10 count)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease cups of a muffin tin. Combine the pineapple, sugar and butter, mix well. Divide the pineapple mixture among the muffin cups. Place a cherry in the center of each one. Place 1 biscuit on top of each. Spoon 1 teaspoon of pineapple juice over each biscuit. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 2 minutes. Invert the pan on a plate to release the biscuits. Serve warm.
