1 10oz Package Frozen Chopped Broccoli
1 Can Creamed Corn
C Ritz Cracker Crumbs
1 Beaten Egg
2 T Melted Butter
1T Instant Minced Onion
tsp Salt
(1/2 C Ritz Crumbs and 3 T Melted Butter)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients in a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. Blend C Ritz crumbs and 3 T butter and sprinkle over top (you can make more for more crunch!).

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
