12 Raw, Jumbo Shrimp, Peeled, De-veined and Butterflied
1 T Soy Sauce
2 T Honey
3 T Olive Oil
3 T Fresh, Grated Ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except for the shrimp, in a frying pan and heat to high. Add shrimp and coat with sauce. Reduce heat to medium. Sauce will thicken and glaze shrimp. Shrimp is done when it is light pink.

Serve as an appetizer or main course. Drizzle sauce over shrimp. Garnish with thinly sliced carrot and scallions. Great with risotto!
