Ingredients:  
1 Can Black Beans, Drained and Rinsed
1 Can White Corn (Shoe-Peg or Small White), Drained
½ C Red Onion, Diced
2 Medium Tomatoes, Diced
½ C Fresh Parsley or Cilantro
¼ C Green Onion (Scallions), Diced
The Juice of 2 Limes
½ tsp (or a little more) Cumin

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Finish by juicing the limes. Mix well.
Serve with Nacho Chips….ENJOY!!!
