1 Store bought Rotisserie Chicken
¼ C Hot Sauce
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 ¾ C Sharp Cheddar Cheese
¼ C Sliced Scallions
1 C Flour
3 Eggs, beaten
2 C Panko Breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Pick meat from the chicken and discard the skin. Chop or shred chicken. Place in large bowl then add hot sauce, pepper, cheese and scallions. Toss to combine.

Roll chicken into 2-ounce balls (about the size of a golf ball). Place flour, eggs and breadcrumbs in separate bowls. Roll each ball in the flour, then egg, then panko breadcrumbs. Set aside.

Heat oil to 350 degrees.

Place balls in oil and cook for about 2 minutes per batch. Remove to paper towel to drain excess oil.

Serve with Bleu Cheese dressing/dip. ENJOY!
