2 egg whites (large)
1 c. sugar
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
6 oz. pkg. of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until begin to foam, add salt, add sugar a tablespoon at a time, add vanilla and beat until well blended. Fold in pecans and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet that has been lined with foil. Place in oven that has been preheated to 350º. Turn oven off and do not open for at least 8 hours.
