Four Chicken Breasts bone and skin intact Salt and Pepper Poultry seasoning 1/2 stick Butter, melted 1/2 cup White Wine
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Place melted butter in a casserole dish. Add chicken and cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Uncover. Add wine. Place under a broiler to brown.
