Four Chicken Breasts bone and skin intact Salt Pepper Poultry seasoning 1/2 stick butter White wine
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Place 1/2 stick of melted butter in a casserole dish. Place chicken breasts in the dish. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Uncover. Add a little white wine to each and place under a broiler and brown.
