4 Catfish Fillets
1 cup bottled Italian dressing
1 clove minced garlic
4 green onions
4 pats butter

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate catfish fillets in Italian dressing overnight. With both hands, rub garlic onto both sides of fillets. Place fillets onto broiler pan. Place a pat of butter and one split green onion on each fillet. Broil until the fish turns white and starts to brown, about 5 minutes, and turn and broil the other side. May also bake at 375 for 20 minutes, or until white and browned.
