8 eggs (beaten)
6 slices bread (cubed)
1 lb. sausage (browned)
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk

Directions:

Mix all together and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.

Ms. Elizabeth Hand's recipe from Bethesda cookbook. Mom would make for Christmas breakfast after everyone was grown. Daddy worked for Mr. L.C. Hand at the Hinds County Coop. Mr. L.C. introduced Mama and Daddy. He and Ms. Elizabeth would have Mama & Daddy over when they were courting.
