1/2 C margarine, room temp
1/2 C peanut butter
1/2 C white sugar
1/2 C brown sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1 t soda
1 1/4 C flour
1/3 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Beat margarine and peanut butter, then add sugars. Add egg and beat. Sift flour, soda and salt together and work into the mixture until smooth. Form 1" balls, press down to form flat cookie and then press tip of fork to create crisscross on top. Bake 10-15 minutes.
