1 1/2 lbs raw shelled shrimp
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 C water
2 large sweet onions, sliced
2 red bell peppers, sliced
Garlic, minced
Cayenne pepper, to taste
Large pkg yellow/saffron rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice, per package instructions, then place pan in 250 oven while cooking shrimp. Melt butter in skillet and add water, onion, pepper, garlic and cayenne pepper. Simmer on low for 20 minutes. Add shrimp to butter mixture and cook 10 minutes. Serve shrimp mixture over rice with broth and diced onions.
