6 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
1 med cucumber, grated finely
1 med onion, grated finely
1/4 t salt
Cayenne pepper, to taste
Mayonnaise
Green food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Add remaining ingredients with mayonnaise added for consistency. Add drops of green food coloring for light green tint. Refrigerate overnight. Spread and serve on finger sandwich bread.
