CRUST:
1 C flour
1/2 C butter
1/4 C powdered sugar
TOPPING:
2 eggs, beaten
1 C sugar
4-5 T lemon juice
1 lemon, grated rind
2 T flour
1/2 t baking powder
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together CRUST ingredients and pat into a 9x9 square pan. Bake for 5 minutes at 350º.

TOPPING:
Mix eggs, sugar, lemon juice and lemon rind. Mix flour and baking soda and add. Beat all together and pour over cooled crust and bake 25 minutes at 350º or until toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and cut into squares.
