1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes
1 cup coconut
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
honey
whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and brown sugar until butter melts. Add 2 1/2 cups corn flakes and 1 cup coconut. Mix together and put half of the mixture into a 9 x 13 pan. Pat down with bottom of measuring cup. Add a layer of softened vanilla ice cream or cut a half gallon into 8 slices. Add the other half of the crunchy mixture on top and freeze for 24 hrs. until firm.
