1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 18 oz can tomato paste
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
2 T, heaping, chopped dried parsley
2 C water
3 oz can grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp oregano
1 carton cottage cheese
Shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 pkg lasagna noodles, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onions, drain fat. Add remaining ingredients, except cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese and noodles. Simmer for 30 minutes. Spread 1 C sauce on bottom of greased lasagna pan. Place layer of noodles, then sauce, then cottage cheese, then mozzarella cheese and repeat for second layer. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
