1 C pineapple chunks
1/2 C sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 T butter
1 C marshmallows, miniature
1/2 C pecans, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Drain and reserve juice from pineapple. Add sugar, egg, butter and boil over low heat until thickened. Cool mixture and add pineapple chunks, marshmallows, pecans and toss together.
