2 Cups diced red delicious apples (soak them in lemon juice and water so they will not turn brown)
1 Cup chopped celery
1/2 Cup broken walnuts (or pecans)
1 Cup miniature marshmallows
1 Cup seedless grapes sliced in half
1/4 Cup Miracle Whip (or mayonnaise if you prefer)
1 T sugar or Splenda
1/2 t lemon juice
Dash of salt
1/2 Cup of Whipped Cream (or Cool Whip)

Combine apples, celery and nuts; set aside. In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients except whipped cream. Combine the two mixtures and gently blend in whipped cream. Chill and serve.
