1 box Swiss chocolate cake mix
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
Filling/Icing ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 container milk chocolate icing

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake ingredients and beat for 2 minutes. Bake in two 9-inch layer pans at 350º for 33 minutes. When layers are cool, split layers in half, making 4 layers.
To prepare filling/icing, beat powdered sugar and cream cheese together until smooth. Add Cool Whip; mix well. Spread between layers. Spread top and sides with 1 can milk chocolate icing.
Refrigerate at least 2 days before cutting.
