8 oz. Wispride sharp cheddar cheese
4 oz. cream cheese
Salt, garlic powder, Tabasco sauce to taste.

Directions:
Allow cheeses to soften; mix together well. Season with salt, garlic powder and Tabasco sauce (couple of drops) to taste. Chill to blend flavors. Serve with favorite crackers.

Recipe can be easily doubled. Any cold pack brand of cheese can be used; Mother just preferred Wispride.
